Arthur Velarde joins “Before Feel” in the role of “Alex”
Arthur is a London based actor from Stratford-upon-Avon. He has a BSc. (Hons.) Genetics degree from the University of Leeds. His most recent theatre credits include Paul in Brad Birch’s Black Mountain (OSO Arts Centre), Stephen in Vote Revolt and Player in Game of Chaos (Theatre N16), Fred in A Christmas Carol (The Albany Theatre), Jonathan Harker in Dracula (The Attic Theatre), John ‘Jack’ Worthing in The Importance of Being Earnest (UK Tour).
Film: Harry in Alright Harry? (nominated for best lo-budget film at LSFF), Phil in Nice Mike, Rick in Impact, Warren in Status.
Arthur played John ‘Jack’ Kipling in David Haig’s My Boy Jack audio-play as well as appearing in some commercials and tv episodes.
We are delighted to welcome Arthur to the role of “Alex” for “Before Feel’s” London run of performances.
“Before Feel” is a Feel More story which takes place in the ten minutes immediately prior to “Feel”. At each of the venues it is performed it will be performed by a different actor and director which means a truly unique and crafted monologue for each of the audiences and venues at which it is performed. “Feel” and “Before Feel” are written by James Lewis. “Feel” is directed by David Brady and “Before Feel” is directed at the Space Arts Centre by Jess Barton.
