In the run up to rehearsals starting for our March 2018 production of "Feel" - we're thrilled to take this opportunity to introduce you to our brand new cast and production team, who were announced this week. Playing the role of "Karen" is Gemma Wray who we're delighted to welcome to the Proforca Theatre Company Family!
Gemma left her small town of Barnsley to live in Manchester in 2006 there she studied at The Arden. 5 years later she made the big move to London and never looked back.
Her first job in London was performing as historical characters at The London Dungeon, after two years there she decided she wanted more training to peruse her dreams of being in Corrie (just like Karen). Since her MA at Central School of Speech and Drama, she has been a part of many productions from feature film Social Suicide, web series Oville, and more recently Pride & Prejudice in the UK and China.
This is her first time working with Proforça Theatre Company and is very much looking forward to playing the role of Karen. This is an opportunity to play a beautiful character who reflects many people we know in the world.
